Free Shipping With Fedex

We offer free Fedex shipping on every US, Canadian, UK, and Australian order to make your FIICCI purchasing experience as stress-free and beautiful as possible!

 

Crafting & Delivery Timeframes 

Because we meticulously handcraft most of our exquisite pieces to order, please allow 10 to 15 business days for our artisans to perfect your 18K gold and gemstone jewelry before it is dispatched. All orders are shipped securely via Fedex. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details the moment your order ships, and some orders may arrive even earlier if they are ready ahead of schedule.

Shipping Policies For your absolute protection and peace of mind, FIICCI always:

• Insures and registers all items for their full value during transit.

• Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

• Requires a signature upon delivery. If you miss your shipment, Fedex will attempt to deliver 2 more times before it is returned to the shipper.

 

International Customs & Duties

Customs processes, local taxes, and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for specific information regarding jewelry imports to your country.

 

Delays & Exceptions

FIICCI is fully committed to the timely delivery of your order. However, please note that delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier exceptions, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees (if any were applied) are non-refundable.
