At FIICCI, we take immense pride in crafting timeless, elegantly sweet jewelry featuring natural colored gemstones and 18K gold. We want you to fall in love with your piece.

Bespoke & Custom Orders Because our bespoke and made-to-order pieces are handcrafted exclusively for you—including custom ring sizing, specific gemstone sourcing, and personalized engravings—these items are considered Final Sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the crafting process has begun, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Ready-to-Wear Collection For standard, non-customized items, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be:

  • Unworn, completely free of scratches or signs of wear.

  • In its original FIICCI packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the original gemological certificates (if applicable). Please note a replacement fee will be charged if the certificate is missing.

Return Shipping & Insurance Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Given the high value of our fine jewelry, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. FIICCI is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refund Process Once your return is received and carefully inspected by our team, we will send you an email or message to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund.

Manufacturing Defects Our artisans adhere to the highest standards. In the rare event that your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will evaluate the issue and repair or replace it with priority.
